I ask that you give a minimum 24-hour notice for changes or for cancellations, so that we may serve others that may be on the waiting list. Since the salon is closed on Sunday and Monday, we need you to cancel Tuesday appointments by noon Saturday. You may either leave a message on voice mail, or email your request to sandy.kurtzman@gmail.com. Without the minimum 24-hour notice, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the service. We hope you understand that having this policy helps to better serve our clients and maintain reasonable rates. At no time will your credit card number ever be unsecured. Our computer has password protection on multiple levels, and our premises are secured 24-hours a day by a leading security firm.
During a consultation we look at photographs, discuss your hair, what it is like now and how you wish it could be, processes and techniques, maintenance, time investment, costs, etc. to determine a plan, and to set an appointment with adequate time allotted to making your hair dreams a reality. Cost of consultation deducted from first appointment, if performed within 90 days. $50
