Disclosure of Data Personal, identifiable information which is submitted on registration forms is not disclosed to outside parties for the purpose of solicitation. We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Conditions Of Contact
SalonMaster may use your registration information to contact you via email with promotional offers, industry information, or newsletters. You may choose to be removed from any or all of these communications at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of this page. We may contact you regarding upgrades, features, and services that specifically relate to the operation of SalonMaster. These announcements inform you how to better use the service and are not of a promotional nature. You may not unsubscribe from these announcements without terminating your use of SalonMaster since these announcements relate to operational issues. We send all members emails to verify username and password and to confirm and remind members of scheduled appointments. Members may not opt-out of these communication messages such they are part of the service itself.

Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes, as well as to communicate to participants about future SalonMaster offers. Survey and contest data are not shared and are used solely for purpose of improving our customer service and internal operations.

Tell-A-Friend
If a visitor uses our referral service to tell a friend about SalonMaster, the visitor is required to give us the name and email address of the friend. SalonMaster then automatically sends the friend a one-time email letter inviting the friend to visit SalonMaster. SalonMaster stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact SalonMaster at info@salonmaster.com to request the removal of this information from their database.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information
Personal data can be updated, corrected, or removed or a user of SalonMaster may choose to opt out of any email-delivered promotional messages by emailing our Customer Support at info@salonmaster.com. SalonMaster's Use Policies may be updated by SalonMaster from time to time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these policies.
